Everton are the latest suitors to join the race for Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard, according to Kaveh Solkehol of Sky Sports News.
Taking to Twitter, the sports reporter name-dropped the forward as a potential target for the club, with the 23-year-old Celtic striker now seemingly at the heart of a three-pronged tug of war for his services.

The same source previously reported that Russian side Rubin Kazan – new Bhoy Carl Starfelt’s previous club – have offered €18 million (£15.4m) for his services.

That fee is to be paid in instalments of an initial €10 million followed up with two separate packages of €4 million.
Equally, Ligue 1 side Bordeaux are said to be keen on taking the former PSG youngster back to his home country and are said to be willing to match Rubin Kazan’s offer.
As a result, Everton will surely have to match the same asking price if they are to have a chance of landing the French Guiana-born hitman.
Indeed, Everton could be targeting Celtic as part of a transfer merry-go-round.
With Real Madrid pushing hard to sign Kylian Mbappe from PSG, the French giants have reportedly eyed up Everton forward Richarlison as a replacement – meaning that Edouard could fill the void in his departure.

Elsewhere, Juventus are looking at Everton striker Moise Kean to replace Cristiano Ronaldo and could agree a deal soon.

That would equally open up a place for the Bhoy in Rafa Benitez’ squad.
