Celtic target Connor Roberts has signed a new deal with Championship side Swansea City.
The Welsh outfit have confirmed that Roberts has committed his future to the club until 2022, ending any speculation about a potential move to Celtic.
Roberts, who was approaching the final months of his deal with the Championship side, had recently been linked with a move to Celtic.
The Scottish champions would have been free to discuss terms during the January window, meaning Swansea faced a race against time to get a deal done.

It is not just Celtic that would have been keen, it is believed that a number of Championship and Premier League sides were monitoring his situation.
Roberts is very highly rated at Swansea after coming through the academy at the club.
He has gone onto to nail down a starting spot for both club and country, slotting into Ryan Giggs’ new-look Wales side.
