The right-back is out of contract at the end of the month and will not be signing a new deal with Neil Lennon’s side, leaving him available to move to another club on a free transfer.
Lustig joined Celtic from Rosenborg in 2012 and played over 250 games in all competitions for the club during his seven-year stay in Scotland with the Hoops.
The Swedish international won 16 trophies in his seven years with the club, including eight league titles and four of each of the two domestic cups.
His last goal for Celtic came in a 3-0 win over Aberdeen which secured the club’s league title earlier this year.
