Celtic fans rave about Callum McGregor

A tweet about Callum McGregor from Twitter user @Stephen4_2 has seen a number of Celtic fans praise the 26-year-old following his excellent season so far.

CalMac has been a figure of consistency once again this campaign, and it’s been clear to see how much Neil Lennon relies on him given how he and Scott Brown have made the highest number of appearances so far this season with 50 (Transfermarkt).

The Scotland international has also added more goals and assists to his game, with this season marking his best return in front of goal in a Celtic shirt, with 13 goals and 10 assists in all competitions so far (Transfermarkt).

His form in 2020 so far has played a key role in helping him reach such a tally, with the majority of his 23 goal contributions coming since the turn of the year.

And following such a strong campaign, @Stephen4_2 tweeted his praise for the midfielder, with a number of Celtic fans also joining in.
