Celtic take on AC Milan on Thursday evening, searching for their first Europa League group stage win despite already being eliminated from the competition.

However, many Hoops fans are already looking past the dead rubber fixture in Italy and towards the Scottish Premiership clash against St Johnstone on Sunday.

The Hoops have dropped seven points in their last four league outings, falling 11 points behind rivals Rangers at the top of the table as a result.

Several supporters have shared their preferred weekend line-ups on social media, with many wanting Hatem Elhamed left out at Celtic Park.

The 29-year-old came in for Jeremie Frimpong against Sparta Prague and retained his place in the 2-0 defeat to Ross County on the weekend. [Transfermarkt]

Those appearances were his 12th and 13th of the current campaign, but it seems as if fans want him axed against Callum Davidson’s side.

One fan claimed the defender ‘cannot start another game’ for the club, whereas many others left the versatile star out of their ideal line ups.
