Plenty of Celtic supporters have been reacting to the club’s contract plans with midfielder Ryan Christie.
According to Football Insider, the Hoops will make fresh attempts to extend the 25-year-old’s Parkhead deal, which is due to expire in 2022.
Christie has been a regular under Neil Lennon this season, making 35 appearances in all competitions. His displays have attracted interest from a plethora of Premier League sides, with the latest report suggesting Celtic face an uphill battle to keep hold of the Scotland international.
The attacking midfielder was thought to be rated at £20m by the Hoops at one point, however, his current Transfermarkt valuation stands at £8.1m.
