An example of some of the garbage the happy clappers are trying to ram down worn out Celtic fans’ throats…
With each passing day, it’s becoming more and more evident that the majority of the Celtic fanbase are sick and tired of the current board and Dermot Desmond.
That includes me, obviously.
Yesterday, I posted an article on the rubbish Ewen Cameron was spouting about our fanbase.
Getting it from the fans or cheerleaders of rival clubs I can take.
It’s their prerogative to wind us up, and the same applies in the other direction from us.
But getting it dished out on a regular basis from people who purport to be Celtic fans?
When they are nothing more than board sycophants peddling party political bullshit?
That really gets on my wick.
It takes a unique kind of stupid to look at Celtic in it’s current state, and still try to ram it down people’s throats that the people running our club are geniuses
These same idiots will not accede to the fact that anything is wrong at Celtic.
No.
In fact, they will continuously try to convince their dwindling audience that the Celtic fanbase is the problem, and that the board is the solution.
Less and less people are falling for this kind of rhetoric.
Especially when people like Charlie Methven, who has no skin in the Scottish game, describes perfectly how Celtic is in freefall at this moment in time.
Oh, they will turn on him very quickly, and try to use his failures at Sunderland to discredit him.
Unfortunately for them, nothing he says is untrue.
Last week, I hit a nerve with the notorious Celtic board sycophant, 1888Seamus
If you look back through the Read Celtic X page history, you’ll see exactly why.
Now he has blocked me from his X page.
Or has he?
To give you an example of the bollocks he pushes on his feed, have a look at these posts:
@CFC_Collective @Heavidor The Independent Football Regulator for English football published their report to establish object context of financial instability in English football. 94% of clubs are loss making. @CelticFC set the standards for sustainable success on & off field
— Seamus (@1888Seamus) October 13, 2026
@Heavidor @CFC_Collective Sky Sports reporting: 94% of English Professional Football clubs are loss making. >25% of clubs would be unable to last 30 days if owner’s were to pull funding. @CelticFC Leading by example! Sustainable success on and off the pitch🏆💰
— Seamus (@1888Seamus) October 13, 2026
Now, 1888Seamus likes to tell us that 94% of English clubs are loss making, and that Celtic are leading by example.
It seems to have escaped his attention that Celtic posted a trading loss of £4.8 million in our latest annual results.
That now puts us in the loss making category.
Granted, it isn’t a huge loss in the grander scheme of things, but it’s still a loss.
Just because we turned a profit last year, does not change that.
This year we posted a loss, therefore we are loss making, not leading by example
This tells me exactly why these board brown-nosers won’t accept my invite to debate these things.
Because if there was a debate on 1888Seamus’s X posts, that debate would now be over.
Of course, he couldn’t help himself after the win over Motherwell at the weekend, and he took the opportunity to take a potshot at the podcasters / fan media once again.
As if a victory over a poor Motherwell side proves every point he’s trying to make:
The Jota effect should cheer-up even the most miserable Celtic fans – maybe even the odd podcaster / fan media rep. A good day at the office. An enjoyable game. BTT🍀🍀🍀

Now if 1888Seamus wasn’t stupid enough, and his arguments weren’t as watertight as a sieve, his fellow board sycophant, Siamese Bhoy (aka Martin Reilly – Neil Lennon’s agent), takes it to a whole other level.
Get a load of these:

New levels of stupid.
— Siamese Bhoy (@siamesebhoy) October 12, 2026
Good victory today. Celtic back top of the league & Jota back. Thoughts with everyone halfway through drafting Statement No. 47 saying the football apocalypse is merely delayed. No balaclavas, tennis balls or revolutionary communiqués required tonight kids 😂

Now, this guy does say that his account is a parody account.
Which means it’s clearly designed to wind people up, while attempting to be humourous and satirical .
In the current environment, it clearly has neither of those attributes.
Siamese Bhoy isn’t funny, he just comes across as condescending, and sarcastic

Neither trait is endearing in any way.
Once again, Siamese Bhoy refuses to debate with the people he thinks he is eviscerating “humourously”.
Just like Marcus O’Ha, the self professed ‘scrutiniser of Celtic fan media’, who I actually attempted to have a balanced debate with last week.
I asked him a couple of pretty simple questions, he side stepped them, and could not give me a straight answer:
So, after a long and (un) productive conversation with Marcus, where he said an awful lot while not really saying anything at all, nobody is any the wiser as to why he is the self proclaimed ‘scrutiniser of Celtic fan media’, why he loves the board, how long he has supported Celtic, if he played football and how long for. International man of mystery….

The same theme runs through all of the posts these guys put on X.
Their only motive is to piss off Celtic fans who are genuinely aggrieved with the way Celtic is being run at the moment.
Giving them oxygen isn’t worth your while.
I discovered that to my detriment last week.
If you can’t have a balanced debate about the way things are at the club right now, don’t waste your time.
Our energies are much better focused elsewhere.
Keep your eyes on the board.

Eric JP on the unrestricted view is one try and have a debate with him why not invite him on to the trinity Tims
Nothing can be hidden these days with the advent of social media …nothing ? Yet the board seems to have found a way of getting out it’s ‘preferred information ‘ and no tabloid scoop seems to want to question the validity of the words and instructions whatsoever ? What’s that old saying …’answers for questions .. questions for answers ‘or something like that ? There has to be something juicy for a scoop’s nose to sniff out from the Celtic boardroom which needs to be told to the public ? I doubt very much if the board are standing on the rock where Moses stood as far as telling the people the absolute truth ? I doubt it very much ! So get your ‘ noses for a story ‘working !
