Celtic suffered a humiliating 4-1 defeat to Sparta Prague on Thursday night.
The Hoops’ prospects of qualifying from Group H are now slim after conceding nine goals in their first three games, picking up just one point. The loss to Sparta also means it is now three home defeats in a row for Celtic – the first time that has happened for 30 years.
The woeful performance has led to plenty of fans discussing Neil Lennon’s future at Celtic Park, with many now keen for Eddie Howe to replace the Northern Irishman.
Several supporters discussed the idea of the “brilliant” former Bournemouth boss moving to Parkhead following the Glasgow derby defeat to Rangers last month.
@Celtic1967_com asked their followers if they would take Howe as Lennon’s possible replacement. The post received plenty of interaction, with these supporters keen for it to happen.
