Several Celtic fans have been giving their views on West Ham’s reported interest in Odsonne Edouard.

ExWHUemployee, cited by Hammers News, has claimed that an agent has informed him of David Moyes’ keenness to bring the striker to the London Stadium.

The 23-year-old’s valuation has dropped to £25m this month, and it seems as if his poor season form has led to many Hoops supporters wanting him gone from Parkhead.

Edouard, who has just 18 months left on his current Celtic contract, has scored just three goals in 721 minutes of Scottish Premiership action since the middle of September. [Transfermarkt]

His displays have angered several Hoops fans in recent months, with the forward thought to be willing to wait until the summer to seal a Glasgow exit.

We shared the story regarding the Irons’ interest on our official Read Celtic Facebook page on Tuesday evening, asking supporters if they would be happy to sell to the Hammers.

This is what they had to say, one even admitted Olivier Ntcham, who was also linked with West Ham in the summer, can go with Edouard, with the midfielder coming in for plenty of criticism in recent months.

Mark Allan: Yeah, but I’d have it written into a contract clause that they must take Ajeti back as well

Mark Peters: He can go anytime for me.

Jimuck Ross: Aye time to get rid. If we can get 20mil snap it up

Chris Flanagan: Yes has to now 18 months left on contract makes sense to cash in

Gareth Donaghey: Bye Bye hasn’t tried a leg all year.

Will Edouard leave this month?

Yes

No

Stephen Scobie: He can take Ntcham with him

James Mccann: West Ham desperate for a striker and they just sold Haller for 20 million. Play hardball and get 30 million.
