Sensible deals. Really undisclosed fee for Hatate? He barely looked a £1m player recently in any case. Gave us some great football and memories when he was on it. Sensible but still sad to see his fall from grace, hope he enjoys his football again at Burnley. Kenny tried his best, always willing to run a shift, but it just didn’t click for him. He can clearly score goals, just wasn’t to be at Celtic. Best of luck to them both. I want the Ginetis lad in. If we had one more signing left to get, I’d choose him. Middle of the park looks the biggest worry to me. A decent midfield can spare a shaky defence some embarrassment, not sure the opposite applies. We’ve got goals in the team, a tighter midfield will keep that supply going in the turnaround and transitions. I’m thinking more in the UEL games, domestically we still have enough.
Sad end for Reo – he just seem to give up last season rather than try his arse off to get his move to a “top 5 league ” – screwed that one up. Jonny Kenny wasn’t going to make it at Celtic. But again shipping players out before getting quality in first. Will this board ever learn???
