Celtic loanee Liam Henderson admits he would rather finish the season off at Easter Road than return to Celtic.
The midfielder moved on a season-long loan to the Championship side to help them win the division and return to the top flight of Scottish football.
His move to the Edinburgh-based side was part of the deal that helped the Hoops secure the services of Scott Allan back in August.
With Scott Brown ruled out until after the New Year there is a possibility that the 19-year-old could be re-called by Ronny Deila, but the youngster hasn’t heard anything from the club.
As quoted by the Daily Record, Henderson said:
I have not heard about anything going back to Celtic in the New Year.
Anyway I am thoroughly enjoying my time here at Hibs. It has been great so far.
From my point of view I want to stay at Hibs and finish the season-long loan spell as I am really focused on what we are trying to achieve here at the club.

Henderson made his debut under Neil Lennon in December 2013 at just 17-years of age – and has made 17 appearances this season, scoring three goals.
He also admitted he is enjoying life under former Celtic defender, Alan Stubbs and spoke very highly of the Hibs manager.
When I first came to Hibs and I spoke to the manager even though I had not played a game for him he was extremely positive about me so I was just dying to play for him.
The manager just told me go out and express myself and make things happen for the team.
It is a real boost to your confidence levels to hear him say things like that.
I just want to continue to give 100 per cent for Hibs this year during the loan spell especially for the manager.
