Ronny Deila will monitor Erik Sviatchenko and Mikael Lustig after the two defenders went off injured.
The 24-year-old Danish international went to clear the ball and overstretched his hamstring prompting the physio team to take action and call for a substitution.
Sviatchenko will undergo a scan later today to discover the extent of the injury which he suffered midway through the second half.
Lustig looked to be struggling for most of the game at right-back and Deila revealed his injury and took him off as a precaution.
As quoted by the Glasgow Evening Times, Deila said:
Erik felt something in his thigh and Mikael felt his Achilles had a bit of pain. It is obviously disappointing but it is too early to say just what the problem is.
We have to wait and see how they are later today, but I have enough players here if they do not make it.
I am confident that there are enough good players here who can fill in if we need them to.

Sviatchenko has made 11 appearances for Celtic since he signed in January, providing two assists and coming close to his first goal in the green and white Hoops on a number of occasions.
He’s also contributed to Celtic’s defensive improvement which has seen them keep seven clean sheets in their last 10 games, conceding just three goals.
Lustig has been struggling with injuries for several months which has been reflected in his performances that have been well below what is expected of him.
The 29-year-old has made 39 appearances this season and with the European Championships two months, the Swedish international will be looking avoid any serious injuries.
The Scandanavian’s will hope to be back on Saturday to face Motherwell and avoid a spell on the sidelines alongside defender Jozo Simunoivc, who had season-ending surgery a fortnight ago.
