  1. Succession planning!, I’ll crack the jokes Philip😂. Celtic will only buy once they have sold, and by the looks of past windows won’t even try to source a replacement until someone is sold. Then and only then, will they start rummaging through the bargain bins, and lists of past players.
    I still can’t believe this is incompetence, but looks more like it is actually deliberate policy, designed to weaken us, and more importantly in their eyes, to make a profit, regardless of any effect on the playing squad. I mean seriously, who would be looking at ‘weak link’ Taylor when Sarrachi is available for peanuts?. I liked Taylor in spite of his limitations, but he is not fit to lace Sarrachis boots it has to be said.

  2. Personally speaking, I have a view which may be contentious.

    I have nothing to base this on other than observations and a gut instinct.

    I believe that key members of the squad have been given improved terms, be that performance related pay or something else.

    My logic is that this is a milestone season and that will be a moneymaker for the board.

    They’d be fools not to capitalise on it.
