  1. MON was appointed relatively quickly after being rightfully given a week or so to decide if he had the energy for another season. He was ALWAYS first choice. It was also confirmed BEFORE the transfer window opened.I don’t see what the problem is with that as most fans were happy that he remained.

I don’t think it’s a secret that MON is DDs man and I’m nervous about that in relation to the obvious squad rebuild, but time will answer that question for us.

If the board do us over again then all trust will go out the window and the club will be in a seriously bad place.

The question is what will the fans do about it?

The answer is not a lot.

A very good point was made about your colleagues the other day who like you shout from the rooftops but won’t give up their season tickets but try to shape the narrative for other fans.

I think the absolute truth is you are all in a rage about the club ignoring following Joe getting slaughtered by PL a couple of years back.

For the record I think the board are a shower of amateurs.

They have no credibility left. I’m aware you don’t have a season ticket so have very little skin in the game. The collective are a busted flush and the only way there will be change is either the majority of fans don’t renew or DD decides to sell.

If you think anything else you are deluded.

  2. I think the board are nothing more than charlatans, and Desmond and his cabal of corporate greed and austerity fc don’t care about anything but the money they fleece from the supporters ,stop giving them your money or you are complicit

  3. If one of the MSM scoops could be bothered and ask the Celtic CEO or the majority share holder at the club for a pre season interview asking which lessons were learned from the turmoil and dissolutionment and breakdown in communications from last season …I would be fascinated by the answers ? Because of today 4 weeks after the season ended and Celtic won the league I personally see no change in attitudes from the board with not a single thing being acknowledged or learned from the omnishambles of last season . As a comparison big Ange had 3 new guys in the door at this time of his tenure as boss ..with more to follow . Obviously this board fail to remember his mantra ‘WE NEVER STOP ?’ Please somebody out there with a bit of Celtic FC clout stand up and confront the people in charge to get their fingers out of their you know where ! It’s not remotely funny any longer …..

  4. It`s funny how Neil McCann is a “serious name” when it suits the agenda but he would
be getting the same dog`s abuse as McInnes is soon to get if he got the r4ngers job.

As for McInnes himself, he can thank Well-fried Nancy for landing the gig at Ibrox.

  5. Excellent article Eric and very witty ,yes it’s a shambles at CP and we won the league with 3 minutes to go in a season which lasts 3,420 minutes.
Shocking , meltdown has been delicious though.
Things need to change big time at CP as the inefficiency over there would crash any other company.
    Not another penny.
