  1. Looking forward to the wee Scotty ‘world exclusive ‘ set of interviews with the Linfield power brokers ..you know like the kind he bought for the rag paper from ex theRangers coacher guy Herr Rohl in Austria ? A week in Balmy Belfast for the wee guy ..ahem …talking staunchness and loyalties and history lessons aplenty with a few football tales into the bargain is just what his bosses at the daily Record require ! All of the rough stuff being embellished by the senior ‘ sport scoop ‘ .for his dozens of readers ..naturally ! Kno’ …..

  2. At least the fans of Rangers in the NOI are loyal.

Why not comment on the 82,300 (eighty two thousand, three hundred) Irish
glory hunters selling out Croke Park for a friendly involving two English teams whose fans will, in all likely, hate the Irish. Glory Glory Man Utd was
reportedly sang with “great gusto”. It would really make you sick.

Man U v Leeds Utd (owned by you know who) – 82,300
Shelbourne v Celtic (also owned by you know who) – Count them all in the one hand.

Celtic have now went from a Club founded by a catholic religious Brother to
one which is dependant on a “Ginger Witch”`s spells for results and the successful signing of players, not to mention the rapid recovery of Martin
    O`Neill.

The Irish have cut their ties with Celtic a long time ago. Time now to cut
    ties with them.

    I`ll repeat: 82,300 compared to a handful.

    1. I’m baffled by the huge support for English teams in Ireland.

The amount of times I’ve been looking for a Dublin pub showing the Celtic game only to find that it’s an English game on I’ve lost count of.

On one memorable occasion the doorman told me they were showing the Leeds game and not the Celtic game because ‘soccer is the Brit’s sport’, as I tried in vain to explain to him that Celtic is an Irish club while holding back my amused bemusement.

But what have Man U, Leeds or Liverpool ever done for Ireland?

We don’t see the Tricolour flying above their grounds.

    2. And for the love of God don’t bring that ‘Ginger Witch’ nonsense over here.
I’ve stopped reading that crazy lady’s articles altogether because of that, which is a real shame as she’s an otherwise decent writer.

I was already out by the 6th article but now she’s actually casting spells for Celtic’s success, which is just beyond madness.

The irony is that one of James’ favourite epithets was ‘Being treated worse than a red headed stepchild’ and now he has a red headed girlfriend, who also happens to be a witch.

I’ll soon quit reading that blog altogether as I’m convinced that he’s putting her articles under his name just so folk will read them.
