  1. I am lookin forward to listening to Trinity Tim’s ,
our board has pissed the support off !,
Celtic had a fan base long before Lawwell’s was born and we’ll still be here well after his death ,
we ( the supporters ) want him and his ( yes men ) board out of our club ,
Lies deceit and hypocrisy at our club has to stop !
Their failings and lack of communication to the supporters is on them ,
    GET LAWWELL OUT

  2. So, if fans don’t go to Europa League games and/or buy merchandise,it’ll be their own fault? Got it! Who are these fucking spins, shysters and emotional blackmailers? I,for one, made my mind up about these dirty bastards: they can work it right up their hairy arses sideways.
Fucking chances to a man. These rats, yes,RATS are killing Celtic, and maybe have already.

  3. Thank you, Eric, for saving me the time to explain what a gombeen is.
I would have added it is a shady character looking for a “mark” to scam money of out of,which you encapsulated in describing our board of trough feeders.
This guy highlights the cost of hiring Brendan, who incidentally had no interest or intention of returning when he did as he had already stated he was going to be taking some time out to recharge his batteries but the Paddy Golfer cried him a river ,beseeching him to return as a personal favour to him.
Nowhere, does he state that the CEO and CFO are on better than EPL wages for similar paygrades !
Or that we have non executive chairman, who by the very definition of his job title, should be getting hee haw in wages, not to mention the drain on the club the other wasters in the boardroom exact in annual costs for their worldly expertise.
You are 100% correct in your conclusion that we are being set up as the villains of the piece in this battle of wits.
This is their latest attempt at gaslighting the ordinary Celtic supporters, believing that if they throw a load of numbers, percentages and jargon we are going to be browbeaten into submission.
If they had any balls between them,in a business sense,we would be well ahead of the game but that does not suit their agenda because they seem to have been coersed/hoodwinked or dare I say volenteered themselves to being the saviours of Scottish football by hitching their wagon to the beloved ,DEAD KAPUT Old Firm Franchise which has kept everyone in their masonic like circles warm and toasty for over 100 years.
Well, here is the news,Dermot,Peter and Michael,we see you and we see through you.
You are all nothing short of a shower of shady bastards or to to put it another way,a bunch of Gombeens !!!

    Sack the board !!!

Just say NO to Adidas !!!

  4. This horrible bunch of shiesters seem to have forgotten that the fans all paid for season tickets during covid. To sit and watch the amateurish celtic TV.
That season these same parasites saved on paying security/police for games, electricity for disco lights and all the other costs that occur. What did the fans get in return? A price hike, less games on their season book and an ever decreasing quality on the field and stadium

  5. Sack the board. This board have taken tbe club as far as they are willing to. We will never be a credible CL club under them. Anyo e supporting their stratagy is a bigot who is simply happy to be better than rangers.

  6. SACK – THE – WHOLE – FUCKIN – LOT – OF – THEM – IN – TWENTY – TWENTY – SIX…

And we’ll still be saying the exact same in 2027 !

  7. OmG DD has hit a bad shot on the 11th and got his son to AI it . I can’t believe any Celtic fans still backs up the Board, but hey Brendan Rodgers did it and ran away and I think Martin O’Neill is going to get the same treatment

  8. I run a business. We done very well for 2 years and started to dip the third, the easy route was to stop advertising to cover the costs of the dip, however I didn’t, I altered my output, shuffled some things around and dug in deep, with a contingency plan of cutbacks and quite drastic changes should the slump continue as throwing good money after bad would have continued the business decline.

Luckily. We are coming out the other side of that now and our cost cutting was relatively minimal compared to our middle case or worse case scenario.

However, if we had went an extra 6 months with the same decline I would have had to put the brakes on and make some pretty drastic decisions to keep the business afloat on a reduced income.

Our board, quite rightly, will pull back spending if this campaign continues.

I don’t see how that campaign can be of any benefit as there are no clearly defined actionable goals the campaign has set so it is all subjective.

“Be more ambitious” – what does that mean?
“Sign more players” – there was a whole clamour of people who got swept up on our new signings – hogh has always needed a vast amount of chances and relative tap ins to get the goals he has. Rarely showed composure. Hassan has always put his foot on the ball and slowed play with relatively no end product – tounekti mk2 – bauer is a second division player. Duran. Fits and starts in his last club. But everyone bought into the media “megastar” thing and the campaign seemed to ease off a bit.

“sack the board” – we get rid of the major players in the shareholders, who is volunteering all the millions required for a buy out? At the stakes desmond has I think a new investor would have to offer to buy much more shares than his. So this is a real no go either.

Without a defined goal, and with results really being what we do or don’t do in the transfer market, or whether an owner gives way to, well who exactly? we are on a hiding to nothing. We could sign Messi, that doesn’t mean we showed ambition.

Anyhow. Long way of saying the board will cost cut without trying anything different and we are making it easy for them by having a campaign like that. They are very good at doing a boring job and have built the club into a relatively secure position.

The unfortunate thing for us is they will be happy to do bare minimum to keep us at the level we are at, but the elephant in the room is, perhaps that is the correct decision as it means we have a fiscally stable club.

For avoidance of doubt. I live in fantasy land, I want a new ceo, a clear and concise structure to the club with a young enthusiastic knowledagble manager, and want 4 £10m signings in January. However I am also steeped in the realism that the club is stodgy and boring and perhaps this is what has stopped us slipping to the point of no return so maybe it is overall for the best.

Who knows. I do know that the campaign is doing us absolutely no favours.
