Celtic are reportedly showing interest in Hull City AFC striker Abel Hernandez and have apparently made an offer for him, according to TuttoMercatoWeb (as translated by Sport Witness).
He looks to be heading out of Hull on a free transfer in the upcoming window this summer, with his contract running out, and he has attracted a lot of interest from a number of clubs.
Despite not playing regular football for the Tigers this season, he has scored seven goals in the Championship in just eight league appearances.
It is believed that Italian giants Inter Milan and fellow Serie A side Bologna are interested in bringing him to Italy, where he came to Britain from, leaving Palermo for Hull in 2014.

However, it looks as if he may stay in Britain, but head north of the border and to the east end of Glasgow, as it is reported that Brendan Rodgers has shown interest.
Celtic currently have Leigh Griffiths and Moussa Dembele up front, who has been subject of much speculation connecting him to English Premier League clubs, which would see Celtic financially much stronger if they were to get Hernandez on a free.
The report suggests TuttoMercatoWeb are close to the agent of Hernandez, so this information could be legitimate. Time will tell.
